1. The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Abraxor Ltd, Brighton, UK ("aidb.uk", "we"). By creating an account you accept them. If you're using aidb.uk on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

2. The service

aidb.uk provides hosted backend infrastructure: Postgres databases, authentication, file storage and auto-generated APIs, provisioned per project. Plan features and limits are described on the pricing page and may be enforced automatically (e.g. storage quotas, pausing of inactive Free projects).

3. Your account

4. Acceptable use

Don't use aidb.uk to host or transmit anything unlawful, to send spam, to mine cryptocurrency, to attack other systems, or to store content you don't have the rights to. Don't attempt to access other customers' projects or to circumvent plan limits. We may suspend or terminate projects that breach this section, with notice where practical.

5. Your data

You own the data in your projects. We take nightly backups (retention per your plan) but you are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose. Deleting a project destroys its data — the dashboard makes you confirm this, and it is irreversible once backups expire. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

6. Fees

The Free tier is free. Pro is billed per organisation at the rate shown on the pricing page. If a Pro invoice goes unpaid we may downgrade the organisation to Free limits after notice.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is", without uptime guarantees on any current plan. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the service entirely we will give at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your data.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, lost data you failed to back up, business interruption). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, projects and their data are deleted.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
