Who we are
aidb.uk is operated by Abraxor Ltd, a company registered in England, based in Brighton, UK ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the account information described below. You can reach us at hello@aidb.uk.
What we collect
- Account data — your email address and a hashed password, plus organisation and project names you choose.
- Operational data — logs of sign-ins and dashboard actions (e.g. creating or deleting a project), IP addresses in server logs, and resource usage per project (database size, storage used) for quota enforcement.
- Emails — we send transactional email only (verification, password reset, service notices) via our email provider, Resend. No marketing lists, no newsletters you didn't ask for.
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
Your project data
Data your application stores in an aidb.uk project — database rows, authenticated end-users, uploaded files — is yours. You are the controller of it; we process it only to run the service (hosting, backups, serving your API). We do not read, mine or sell it. If your project stores personal data about your own users, you are responsible for your own privacy obligations to them.
Where data lives
Projects are hosted on infrastructure in the EU (Hetzner). Backups are retained for 7 days on Pro plans.
How long we keep it
- Account data: for as long as your account exists. Delete your account and it is removed.
- Project data: deleted when you delete the project (this is immediate and irreversible, including backups after the retention window).
- Server logs: rotated within 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and you can complain to the ICO. Email hello@aidb.uk and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll email account holders before the change takes effect.
